The SKI.F.T. project is coming to an end, but its spirit of sharing and growth continues.
On Tuesday, 9 September 2025, from 9:00 to 11:45, a webinar will take place, dedicated exclusively to the beneficiaries of the direct support received through the initiative.
The event – titled “From Action to Next Steps: A SKI.F.T. Peer Exchange Event” – will be an interactive peer-to-peer dialogue space, with no external speakers, where participants can exchange experiences, questions, and ideas for the future.
The Event
This exchange has three main goals:
- Share: present to fellow beneficiaries the capacity-building paths carried out with SKI.F.T. – what was achieved, how, and with what results.
- Clarify: discuss open questions or aspects that need further exploration.
- Design: imagine possible future initiatives and collaborations at local, national, and transnational levels.
The Programme
The agenda has been built around the needs of the beneficiaries, engaging them in participatory sessions and discussions about future opportunities – from identifying new funding possibilities to creating long-lasting cooperation networks.
After a short introduction, project partners and beneficiaries will be invited to briefly present the results of SKI.F.T., focusing on: what has changed within their organisations, which new strategies have been developed, and what has been learned from the transnational exchanges.
The webinar will then continue with two thematic breakout sessions, including:
- Impact and ESG: evaluation tools, SMART indicators, gender-responsive approaches, and shared best practices.
- Communication and Marketing: digital strategies, storytelling, and building lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders.
This meeting will not only be a moment to take stock, but a true laboratory of ideas, designed to strengthen the ties built so far and to look together towards the continuation of the SKI.F.T. journey.
