The social cooperative Re.Search took part in the European project SKI.F.T.

Re.Search Social Cooperative is a key player in the Parma and Reggio Emilia areas, supporting public institutions, municipalities, schools, and libraries in the design, organization, and management of innovative and sustainable socio-educational services.

Thanks to the funding received through the SKI.F.T. project, Re.Search developed two main lines of action, coordinated by the service provider Ambiente Lavoro Salute Srl, with the involvement of administrative staff, cooperative members active in ESG working groups, and external facilitators.

The first area focused on adopting digital tools for managing and sharing internal documentation.

The second area aimed at strengthening ESG-related skills and sustainable communication practices through targeted internal training activities.

These actions had a direct and measurable impact on Re.Search’s ecological transition process, both environmentally and organisationally. They enabled the cooperative to define and integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) indicators into its social report.

Particular attention was given to gender equality, seen as a strategic driver of social sustainability. The cooperative’s reporting and communication activities explicitly highlighted the presence of women and promoted gender balance across roles.

Through these initiatives, Re.Search strengthened its sustainable identity, promoted virtuous behaviours, and contributed to building a more responsible organisational culture.

The project was funded by Legacoop Emilia-Romagna with a contribution of €6,700 and supported by Demetra Formazione.
